Justin and Kyland did an outstanding job installing our fireplace. Very personable and professional. Justin really impressed me how he connected so many wires without looking at a single instruction. We love the fireplace and have just 2 outstanding issues. The screen is on back order and the plate around the fireplace is to be replaced. They cleaned up when finished, took away all the old parts of our previous logs etc. Our family room was clean as when they came. Very much appreciated. Thanks to both men.

Very happy with the response and communication provided by the team at Bill’s. Our furnace is running good and so much quieter. The service call was reasonable. The part was a little pricey, but luckily they found one. Cheaper than a whole new furnace.

The installers were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with their skill dealing with each installation puzzle to work out, and they did the job in good time. I would invite them back any day!

Jace was able to troubleshoot the issue, and ordered the part needed. Once the part was available he came back and finished the repairs quickly. He provided updates as he was conducting the repair which helped us to better understand the system and better use it.

Jaxon went out of his way on the way to his parents home to take of us when our furnace quit working. Extremely kind and I appreciated his troubleshooting skills and his critical thinking of the problem. The problem was solved and he provided tips to hopefully avoid reoccurrences in the future. Very personable and friendly. A great tech with Bill's Comfort Systems. This is why I have been faithful to BCS for over 20 years now.

Bill's Comfort Systems is the best HVAC company out there! They squeezed me in even though our request was last minute. They do great work and have great communication. I would recommend them to anyone! I will only use them moving forward.
